Our house is riddled with pumpkins and pine cones that smell like Christmas. I made a fall-inspired feather garland with gold tipped ends to hang on our mantle and I love the beauty of it's imperfection.
I can't wait for a little time off to spend with my sweet family, and a time to wind down from the constant bustle of (work) life. I'm thinking I'm going to attempt to make apple pie from scratch this year. It probably won't look as beautiful as this, but it will be made with love :)
